Traffic accident avoided

Regarding the story about the disabled lady who fell asleep in her car and was given a ticket by a traffic warden because her disability badge was displayed upside down (News & Star, May 6).I
At least she had the sense to stop the car because she was tired.
What would have happened if she had fallen asleep at the wheel?
She could easily have caused a serious accident.
