THE weather is said to be getting warmer on Easter Monday, when there’s a championship meeting at Bower House, but before then the new competitive HTA programme opens on Saturday (also at Bower House) and on Sunday at Kirkbride.

Jenny’s Rascal puts puppy championship beyond doubt
IT’S been a disastrous week for trailing. Buttermere trails on Tuesday were cancelled because of adverse weather and the trails at Dearham have been cancelled because the ground is completely waterlogged.
