BOOTLE WI members had a foretaste of Christmas at their October meeting, when Pauline of ‘Rapunzel’ gave a flower arranging demonstration using beautiful flowers, candles and greenery.

MEMBERS gathered for our November meeting in a quiet and saddened mood and stood in memory of our fellow member and friend, Mary New who had died the week before. She was a founder member and had been a hardworking and loyal contributor to the WI. We sent condolences to Trevor and David and all her family. We will miss her.
