Striking the exercise balance

A little cough won't beat me
I have been struck down this week by what can only be described as a slight cough.
I say "slight cough" because I am a woman but if I were of the male species I feel sure it would be a full-blown bout of man flu which would have seen me take to my bed for about a fortnight.
