Face of Cumbria 2009 - the final six
Last updated at 08:36, Monday, 20 July 2009
This is the restarted vote for Face of Cumbria 2009.
In a first round of voting, you chose the six finalists to battle it out to receive a photography package courtesy of Simon Anderson Photography.
This comprises a full professional modelling shoot (including make up and hair) and a leather-bound portfolio - together worth over £1,000.
The runner up will receive a photo session and a small portfolio.
However, we had to suspend the online vote to find the winner due to voting ‘irregularities.’
As a result, we have created a more secure way of online voting, which includes the use of CAPTCHA (see panel right).
The finalists are (in alphabetical order):
- A: Yasmin Hodgson
- B: Deborah Ingram
- C: Katie Jackson
- D: Nikki Little
- E: Demi-Jade Markham
- F: Vicky Mills
This competition is running in the News & Star, Times & Star and The Whitehaven News. The voting mechanism is now common across all sites.
There is no text voting; all texts received during the aborted vote have been logged. Vote figures are no longer public.
