Sandair Greens stay on top

COCKERMOUTH Green continue to head the U13 West One division after taking on Egremont B on Sunday.

Cockermouth Green posted 107-2 with Dominic Saunderson retiring on 30 and Michael Gate retiring on 33. Egremont B replied with 55-4.

And Cockermouth Gold lead the U13 West Premier division after they beat Egremont A on Sunday. Cockermouth made 66-4 and then dismissed Egremont for 43.

Also at U13 level Workington won at Whitehaven.

The visitors posted 107-1 with Andrew Shilito 33ret, Matthew Lowden 30ret and Will Fennel 14no.

Whitehaven were skittled for 52, Jack Williamson taking 2-2 and Matthew Grainger 2-6.

In U15 games on Friday Caldbeck (63-9) lost to Wigton (64-2), Cockermouth Green (85-3) were winners at Whitehaven (82-7), and Workington Blue (72-9) lost to Keswick (73-3).

On Monday in the U11 games Caldbeck (211) lost to Carlisle (319),.

Sunday - U13: Cockermouth Gold v Workington, Threlkeld v Whitehaven Girls, Whitehaven v Keswick, Workington Blue (U12) v Cockermouth Green.

Monday - U11: Caldbeck v Wigton, Cockermouth v Seascale (challenge match), Egremont v Workington, Keswick v Whitehaven Gold, Workington Blue v Threlkeld.
