THERE was a good turnout on a warm sunny day for the May Day trails at Lazonby. In all 192 hounds took part in five races. Westgate Kaiser however didn’t participate but he was taken to Oulton on Tuesday where he was most impressive on the finish when once again he had Some Girl and Show Girl behind.

The International this year is hosted by the Border Association on June 21 at Steel Rigg, Twice Brewed which is along the military road.
