You are warned to expect the unexpected at "The 999 Show" on Spring Bank Holiday Monday, May 29th in the grounds of the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu. The day of events and activities will celebrate the work of the emergency services.

The police, fire and rescue, ambulance, judiciary, coastguard, National Health Service (NHS) and the prison and probation services have all been invited to join the event. Beaulieu Events Manager Judith Maddox said: "We are pleased to offer this exciting new event for 2017. "The 999 Show" promises to be a special fun day out for all the family."

There is a whole host of things to see and do on the day including a CSI Beaulieu murder mystery, the rescue of a celebrity casualty from the scene of a crash, a VIP kidnap, horses, dog skill demonstrations, Police puppies and retired German Shepherds. You can even see how it feels to be locked inside a prison cell!

For motoring enthusiasts, the Blue Light Vehicle Preservation Group will also display some of its amazing collection of historic emergency services vehicles. All of "The 999 Show" events are included in the general admission ticket to Beaulieu which includes the opportunity to visit the rest of the collection.
