ACCIDENT: Please drive carefully
The A66 is currently blocked near in a part of Allerdale due to a vehicle crash.
The incident is said to have occurred between Brigham Crossroads and the Fitz Roundabout at Cockermouth.
A spokesperson said: "A66 blocked between Brigham Crossroads and the Fitz Roundabout Cockermouth due to a collision. Queues on the approach."
The incident was reported at 8:50pm please drive carefully if you are in the area.
