A MAN has appeared in court accused of being in possession of a metal bar and damaging the windows of a car.
Nathan Paul Brown, 21, faces charges of possessing an offensive weapon in a public place, criminal damage under £5,000 and common assault.
Brown, of Mona Road, Salterbeck, Workington, did not enter any pleas when he appeared at Workington Magistrates’ Court.
The offences are alleged to have taken place on June 19 in Workington.
Brown will appear at Carlisle Crown Court on February 13 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
He was granted unconditional bail.
