A VILLAGE came together to celebrate the festive season with a whole host of entertainment at their annual lights switch-on.
More than 200 people gathered at the shops in Seaton to watch the village's Christmas tree lights switched on.
Seaton Parish councillor Daniel Horsley said: "Seaton Parish Council would like to thank everyone who came out to watch the hour of entertainment leading up to the lights switch-on.
"Well over 200 people gathered at on a very wintery evening, to be entertained by Seaton Academy Choir, Seaton Junior School Choir and Claire Ferguson School of Dance, who were all absolutely fantastic.
"Special thanks also goes to the children from both the academy and junior schools who helped Santa and his elf switch on the lights.
"Many thanks also to Seaton Scouts who sold hotdogs and soup, for the face painting by Gray, which went down very well, and to Mike Milner who helped the school choirs with the music.
"A brilliant evening was had by all."
