A MAJOR road has been closed in both directions near Keswick as emergency services attend a 'serious' two vehicle collision on the A66.
Emergency services are currently in attendance at a serious two vehicle collision on the A66 east of Keswick.
The collision occurred at approximately 8.50am this morning, January 11.
Road currently closed in both directions - people are advised to avoid the area if at all possible.
