FOLLOWING new lines of inquiry, detectives are appealing for witnesses as part of an investigation into a robbery.
The incident occurred at around 8.15pm on January 25 on Main Road, Harrington near the cemetery.
During the incident an unknown man grabbed the lead of a woman walking her dog, a Jack Russell, police said.
He then pulled the woman into the graveyard and punched her in the face causing bruising.
The victim then pushed the man and left the area, with the dog.
During the incident, the dog bit the man, police added.
