THE body of a man in his 50s has been found in a Lake District river, following an emergency service presence over the weekend.
Police were called to Penrith Road, Keswick at 10.09am on March 16 following the report of a body being found in the river.
The body of the man, who police say was in his fifties, was recovered following an emergency service response.
Enquiries were conducted. There are no suspicious circumstances, Cumbria Police added.
