A MAN was arrested on A66 near Brigham yesterday (March, 19).
The car, signalled as off-road and uninsured by Allerdale's Neighbourhood Police Team's systems, led to the man's subsequent arrest after he tested positive for cannabis.
He violated Section 5A of the Road Traffic Act.
Further charges included driving without insurance, tax evasion, and Class B substance possession upon discovering cannabis in his vehicle.
