MAGISTRATES have ended a drug possession case against a 25-year-old man following his death.
Jordan Nawrockyj, of Meadow Grove, Cockermouth, was due to face a charge of possessing a Class B drug – cannabis - at Workington Magistrates’ Court.
The offence was alleged to have taken place in Cockermouth on December 19 last year. The charge was withdrawn during a hearing held on Monday.
There was nobody in court to legally represent the late defendant.
