A former Aspatria town centre pub, The Grapes, will be offered for sale at auction in Manchester this month.

Pugh Auctions is offering the property for £150,000 plus and describes it as a "development opportunity."

The Grapes, a three-storey building on Market Square, has eight letting rooms, owner's accommodation and a lounge bar and dining room.

Locals say it has been closed for around six months when the landlords moved away.

It will go under the hammer on July 18.
