Libraries will host a series of information sessions next week as part of Cumbria Falls Prevention Week.
There will be information and advice on falls prevention, mobility and stretch exercise sessions as well as goody bags, vision check charts and foot care information.
Cumbria County Council has brought together various partners including Age UK, GLL leisure centres and health centres.
The sessions will take place at the following libraries: Monday: Silloth (10am to noon), Wigton (2pm – 4pm); Tuesday: Aspatria (10am to noon), Maryport (2pm to 4pm); Wednesday: Cockermouth (10am to 1pm); Thursday: Moorclose (10am to noon), Seaton (2pm to 4pm); Friday: Keswick (10am to noon), Workington (10am to 4pm).
