Cockermouth's World War One history is explored in an exhibition running at the Kirkgate Centre until tomorrow.
The free exhibition, staged by Cockermouth Heritage Group, tells the stories of local men who went off to fight in the Great War.
Among its exhibits, it tells of the link between Cockermouth man William Dawson Dickson and Lawrence of Arabia.
It also features displays on the Kirkgate Centre's former life as All Saints' School, the history of Jennings
Brewery and the stories of some of Cockermouth's oldest houses and the castle.
The exhibition is open from 10am-4pm daily until Saturday.
