Flimby man to answer charge of possessing a firearm with intent to commit robbery
A Flimby man is due to appear at Carlisle Crown Court today to answer a charge of possessing a firearm with intent to commit robbery.
Darrell Eve, 28, of Main Road, Flimby, was charged with carrying an air pistol with intent to commit robbery on September 22 and possessing an air pistol with intent to cause fear of violence on the same day.
It is also alleged that he harassed Tara Wood, between August and September 22, and possessed a quantity of cannabis.
