A Maryport man who admitted supplying cocaine has been warned he faces a possible jail term.

Karl Moore, 43, of Sycamore Road in the town, entered guilty pleas to possessing the drug with intent to supply it and supplying the drug on a date between April and May.

He also admitted possessing the tranquiliser diazepam on the same dates, and possessing amphetamine.

Adjourning the case for a sentencing hearing on November 9, Judge Peter Davies granted the defendant bail on condition that he observes a 7pm to 7am curfew and lives and sleeps at his current address.

The judge warned Moore that all sentencing options remain open.
