A man who was caught in charge of car in a Cumbrian seaside town after drinking alcohol has been handed a court fine.
Ashley Ian Cant was caught on Skinburness Road, Silloth, on July 21 while in charge of a Vauxhall Insignia.
West Cumbria Magistrates Court heard that Cant, 34, had 66mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mcg.
Cant, 34, of Crosby Gardens, Gateshead, admitted the offence.
He was fined £260, £85 costs and a £30 surcharge.
