Foo Fighters GB at Embers, Carlisle - Saturday 24

Highly-rated tribute band Foo Fighters GB will be bringing the hits of the American rock giants to Embers, including major singles Everlong, All My Life, Best Of You and even material from last year's Concrete and Gold album.

Europe's best-established tribute to Dave Grohl and co, formerly known as Foo 5ighters, will be supported by Carlisle covers band The Clints, who will be kicking the night off with an hour-long set of rock anthems.


Judie Tzuke at the Brewery Arts Centre, Kendal - Saturday 24

Respected singer-songwriter Judie Tzuke, known all over the world for her timeless classic Stay With Me Till Dawn, returns to the Brewery having last visited in 2015.

The evening of songs and stories will draw from her numerous top 10 albums and travels across the globe, combining in an exhilarating live show.

It promises to be an intimate evening of old favourites and new songs, as well as tales from across her life and career.


Fight For Friday at The Derby, Barrow - Saturday 24

Barrow pop punk band Fight For Friday headline a hometown show, performing tracks from their upcoming release as well as old favourites.

Following the release of their second EP, Call Me Old Fashioned, in 2016, last year's shows centred around the release of their latest single, Neighbourhood Watch. Joining them for the evening are Lancaster band Fallingfree and Barrow metalcore act Memento Mori.


Dr Syntax and Pete Cannon at Barrow Underground Music Society - Saturday 24

Hip hop duo and festival favourites Dr Syntax and Pete Cannon kick-start the new season at Barrow Underground Music Society.

The MC and DJ pair have been making music and touring together since 2010, and are well renowned for smashing shows all over the UK, and at festivals such as Boomtown Fair in the UK and Outlook in Croatia.

They have just launched their latest effort together, Let's Talk - featuring guest collaborators Harleighblu, Fox, Dabbla and Gardna - with a UK tour to accompany its release.


The Quo Experience at the Carnegie Theatre, Workington - Saturday 24

The music of Status Quo will be heard on stage at the Carnegie Theatre with the visit of a highly-acclaimed tribute act.

The East Anglia-based band is a new name on the theatre scene that features the magic and chemistry that the Parfitt/Rossi partnership brought to a Quo live performance.

With an impressive line-up of experienced musicians and passionate Quo fans, along with a stage show and quality light show, The Quo Experience is fully armed to take the act as far as is possibly achievable in the tribute band industry.


Electric Six at The Brickyard, Carlisle - Sunday 25

US rock outfit Electric Six will be making their long-awaited return to Carlisle after last year's date was postponed.

The six-piece Detroit band, famous for their worldwide anthems such as Danger! High Voltage and Gay Bar, last appeared at The Brickyard back in 2009. Since those early days, there have been line-up changes with more than 20 members rumoured to have been involved over the years, but founding frontman Dick Valentine is still joined by keyboardist Tait Nucleus? and guitarist Johnny Na$hinal, who were there for their biggest successes.
