Vandals have targeted cars parked on a Workington street.

Police are appealing for witnesses after "at least four cars" have had their tyres slashed over night.

The vehicles were parked on Westfield Drive and Fell View Walk.

Police are currently carrying out enquires including going house to house in the local area.

Anyone who may have had damage caused to their car last night in the area, or anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 101 quoting log number 36 of the 23rd February, or call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
