Weather warning issued for rain in Cumbria on Wednesday
FORECASTERS have warned of the potential for flooding across Cumbria this Wednesday.
The yellow weather warning is in place from 8am until 11pm.
The Met Office said heavy rain expected is across the region including the majority of Cumbria and Northumberland.
Spray and flooding on roads will probably make journey times longer. Bus and train services will also probably be affected with journey times taking longer.
Flooding of a few properties is possible.
