A West Cumbrian man has been placed on an eight-month curfew and given a restraining order after pleading guilty to harassment.
Derek Rutherford, 44, of Solway Road, Whitehaven, admitted going to Paula Rutherford's home and posting items on social media when he "knew or ought to have known" that amounted to harassment of her.
West Cumbria magistrates ordered him to remain at his home between the hours of 8.30am-5pm daily until October 14.
The defendant was also given a restraining order which stated he should not contact Mrs Rutherford directly, or indirectly, except via a solicitor.
He was also ordered to pay £200 costs and £85 victim surcharge.
