Oakhurst Service Station, which is owned by Euro Garages, has been closed for more than 13 weeks, leaving residents facing a 13-mile round trip to the nearest petrol station in Dearham.
The 24-hour filling station, Subway, Greggs and Spar opened on Wednesday afternoon.
The Starbucks drive-thru is due to open next month.
