Discussions about a play area planned for a Workington estate and never built are due to take place today.
Workington Town Council's environment committee will discuss issues around the play area at Forgehill Park, off Mossbay Road.
When Persimmon Homes built the 92-house development, it agreed to build a play area as part of the planning conditions.
But the developer did not comply with the condition and has now applied to Allerdale council to remove it.
The proposal sparked over 40 letters of objections during a consultation launched by Allerdale council.
The meeting will take place at 6pm at Workington Town Hall.
