Salterbeck Road, Workington
Plans have been lodged to build 12 new homes on land off Salterbeck Road in Workington.
Developer Whomp Property Limited has lodged plans with Allerdale council to build the houses on land south west of the Royal British Legion Club.
The development would include 10 four-bedroom houses and a pair of two-bedroom affordable houses.
The site was most recently used as a horse paddock.
The plans are out for consultation until March 27.
