A Maryport business, which closed just six months after opening, is up for rent once more.
The former Ellenborough Post Office was reopened cafe, shop and off-licence.
Main Street residents, Darren Herald and Nicola Broderick launched the shop but closed it around two months ago for health reasons.
The shop was part of the VG chain of convenience stores, selling a range of grocery items. The couple also sold hot foot including chips, as well as a range of sandwiches and cakes.
Stephen Iredale, whose family own the property and converted it from the post office to the shop and cafe, said it was disappointing it had closed down after such a short time.
He said: "It is in good order. In fact someone could just walk in, fill the shelves and start running the business again."
