Cockermouth's HSBC bank will close on January 20.
Bosses announced in October that the Main Street branch will close next Friday.
They blamed a drop in use of more than a third over the last five years.
The nearest HSBC branches will be in Workington and Whitehaven.
HSBC said an alternative counter service would be available at the post office, with free cash withdrawals available for current account holders.
Since 2010, HSBC has closed branches in Alston, Ambleside, Aspatria, Brampton, Carlisle, Egremont, Grange-over-Sands, Kirkby Lonsdale, Kirkby Stephen, Longtown, Maryport, Silloth, Ulverston, Wigton and Windermere.
