A gang of youths, some wielding knives and other weapons, have targeted rivals at a funfair in Workington.
Police say they received reports of ‘numerous incidents’ of disorder at the amusements which were operating on the Cloffocks last weekend.
One gang of youths was reported to be threatening another.
Officers said the incidents happened between 6.30pm and 7.30pm last Saturday.
A man was also assaulted in a separate incident, police report.
Anyone with information about the incidents is asked to call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
