A Maryport woman has denied mistreating a resident at a Workington care home.
At Carlisle Crown Court today, Philippa Mary Hodgson, 21, of John Street, denied two offences of mistreating or wilfully neglecting 81-year-old Nora Hall while working at the Rosecroft Residential Home on Westfield Drive.
Both offences are said to have happened in January.
The trial will take place on January 27 and is likely to last two or three days.
The defendant was granted bail conditional on her not contacting any witnesses in the case.
