School’s book day

PUPILS from a school in Cockermouth attended a book day on Wednesday.
Booktime: The reception class at All Saints School, Cockermouth, were treated to a book day at Cockermouth Library. Holding their new Booktime bags are, left to right: Aidan Spedding, Amy Stringer, Lucas Pattinson and Rachel Brigg
Children from reception class at All Saints School visited Cockermouth Library for the day that was organised by Book Time, an organisation which makes books available for children to encourage them to read.
All the children were given a bag at the end of the day which contained books for them to start reading.
