The Archers' Justin and Miranda Elliott will be in Keswick on Friday.

Actors Lucy Fleming and Simon Williams will visit West Cumbria Rivers Trust's new office and interactive information centre.

The pair, married in real life as well as in the BBC Radio 4 serial, are in the county for three stage shows.

Lucy, daughter of Brief Encounter actress Celia Johnson is taking to the stage to tell the story of her mother’s war years away through letters to her father, Peter, brother of James Bond creator, Ian Fleming.

Lucy and Simon are keen environmentalists and wanted to find out more about the West Cumbria Rivers Trust and the work it does.

The Elliots are at the centre of a love triangle in The Archers. Justin, the managing director of Damara Capital, is having an affair with his social secretary Lillian Bellamy and Miranda is suspicious.

The actors will be at the trust's offices on Lake Road, Keswick at 1pm and the pair will perform Letters to the Moon at Glenridding Public Hall on Saturday, Keswick's Alhambra Cinema on Sunday, with screening of Brief Encounter and at the Ennerdale Centre on Tuesday.
