St John's Residents' Association in Workington will hold a coffee afternoon on Monday, September 26 from 1pm to 5pm at the Royal British Legion Club in St John's Court.
Games are on offer and advice will be available on issues of concern.
Admission is free and tea, coffee and biscuits are available for 50p.
