It will not be able to receive calls during that time.
The automated payments line on 01900 702666 will not be available and customers are advised to dial 0845 0232 572 instead.
People can report issues and pay bills on the website at www.allerdale.gov.uk
Its out of hours number 01900 871 080 is not affected.
