The former Natwest buildings in Maryport and Aspatria were sold at auction today.
The Maryport building, in Senhouse Street, fetched £75,000, £5,000 above the asking price.
The Aspatria building went for £60,000, significantly above the £45,000 guide price.
Both properties were sold at a Pugh auction in Manchester.
They became vacant when Natwest closed its branches here earlier this year.
It has not been revealed who has bought them.
