The Cockermouth and Papcastle Recreational Trust is inviting local groups to apply for funds.
The trust provides grants for the provision of recreation or leisure facilities.
Application forms can be obtained from trust secretary Sheila Brown, 01900 821869 or cockermouthtowncouncil@btconnect.com. They should be returned to the town hall, Market Street, by Friday, May 12.
The trust will consider applications at a meeting later in the month.
