Parking meters set to be installed soon
New parking meters, offering more ways to pay for tickets, are set to be installed across Allerdale in the coming days.
The new machines, to be installed in Allerdale council's off-street car parks, will enable people to pay parking charges by card and other payment methods as well as cash.
Councillors agreed to replace the existing machines when they voted earlier this year to amend parking charges across the borough.
