Country Road with Horse and Cart, a 1968 oil on canvas, sold for £16,000.
Other high sellers included Flowers 2 by Shani Rhys James which sold for £7,200, The White House by Percy Kelly which went for £5,200 and Blue by Melita Denaro which made £3,700.
Watercolours by Edward H Thompson were also on sale and Great Gable and Sty head from Scafell sold for £1,250, with two snow scenes by the artist selling for above their estimated price.
High sellers in the furniture section included a Victorian credenza with porcelain panels for £3,500 and an 18th century plank coffer which sold for £1,900, about ten times its estimate.
A large Edwardian mahogany wardrobe with matching dressing chest and washstand went for £1,450 and a Shapland and Petter Art Nouveau mahogany display cabinet sold for £850.
