Crosby residents are preparing for a belated celebration of the Queen's 90th birthday tomorrow.
Community centre chairwoman Laura Morgan said she and others launched
when the Queen announced last weekend that she never wanted to hear another Happy Birthday this year.
She added: "Unfortunately we have not been able to hold our celebrations before this, so we are prepared to commit treason to celebrate her 90th birthday."
Events include a barbecue, a bouncy castle, pole jousting, side shows and balloon races, running from 1pm to 6pm.
