A mother-and-daughter team are celebrating after their Cockermouth shop was named a winner at a London awards ceremony.
Fiona and Victoria Robinson own Wishes, a card and gift shop on Main Street. It was nominated for The Retas 2017 greeting card retailer awards, in the Best Independent Greeting Card Retailer - North and Northern Ireland category.
The awards took place at The Dorchester Hotel on Wednesday.
Victoria said: "It was a fantastic event and all a bit overwhelming. We were sitting holding hands, praying we might win. We screamed when they announced our names.
"We are so proud. We are part of a great team, which includes Tom Robinson and Margaret Tytek, and so grateful to all our customers for their support."
