Cumbria Motability Motorshow promises motors, music and mayhem. It will feature a range of cars on display around The Hub from the leading West Cumbria dealerships.
And there will be plenty of entertainment for all the family including face painting, arts and crafts, balloon modelling and fairground rides.
Professor Pumpernickel will be making an appearance with his science show and there will be street entertainment from the Bread And Butter Theatre Company.
It is the 14th in the series of Cumbrian motorshows hosted by the Cumbrian Newspapers motors team.
Matthew Saul, CN Group motors manager, said: “The interest in the 2016 Workington Motorshow has been incredible, not only have we secured the buy-in from the leading local West Cumbria motor dealerships, but we have proved that with the professionalism of the CN Events team we have managed to gain so much interest.”
Stephen McCullough, CN Group advertising director, added: “Town will be buzzing all day. These events not only boost interest, but go a long way in supporting local traders.
“There will be a mass of family entertainment too, we really want the town to be busy with something for everyone.
“We want every car in the show to have their doors open with people trying their suitability.
“The motorshow will allow people to look, feel and try a new car in a relaxed informal environment without high pressure sales.”
