The team of 18 cyclists include six of the original gang which has been staging rides for 26 years and raised more than £70,000.
They will set off on Saturday, October 8 from the Sun Dial Inn in Little Broughton and head along the coast to Bowness-on-Solway.
The group, who have named their route The Solway Rumble, will be raising funds for the village’s over-60s outing fund and Myeloma UK.
Team captain Mally Martin said: “Over the years we have helped everybody in the village, including the church, carnival and amateur rugby league teams.
“We also wanted to support the myeloma charity as David Barnes, of Little Broughton, has this blood cancer and raises money for the charity.”
