A public meeting to discuss flood resilience will be held in Seaton.
The county council will hold the event on Thursday at the village's rugby club.
Information on flood resilience grants will be available from 6pm.
At 6.30pm the draft Flood Investigation report will be presented and there will be time for questions.
Between 7pm and 8pm, people will be able to have one-to-ones with officers.
