Workington's old leisure centre has been demolished and this is what the site looks like today.
The building at Moorclose closed when Allerdale council opened the new £11.3 million leisure centre at The Cloffocks last year.
Work to take down the building started in February and temporary landscape work is now underway.
A more permanent use for the land has not yet been identified.
The council is spending £450,000 on the project.
Landscaping is expected to be completed between June and July.
A fence is also due to be erected around the sports hall and trees planted around the site.
