Eat free pizza and learn to make proper coffee - that is the invitation being issued to Maryport's young people this week.
Sam Wilkinson, at the Ewanrigg Local Trust, is running an event for 16 to 24-year-olds next Wednesday to show them what volunteering opportunities or jobs are available.
As well as free food, there will be activities and Sam said the aim is to give the young people knowledge but in a way they will enjoy.
Carvetii Coffee Roasters, of Embleton, will bring a machine with them to show the young people how to prepare the best coffee.
Members of Maryport Inshore Rescue will also attend to highlight some of the exciting volunteer opportunities in the area.
The event will be held at the Ewanrigg and Netherton Community Centre on Ennerdale Road from 2pm to 4pm. Entry and refreshments are free.
