Golfers are set to club together in memory of a popular Maryport man.
The second annual Reg Goodwin Memorial Golf Competition is held at the town's golf course on Saturday, June 11 and players are invited to sign up.
Mr Goodwin, who died in 2014 aged 76, was a long-serving member of Maryport Golf Club and was also well respected in rugby circles locally.
Proceeds from the event go to Owl Blue, a Maryport-based children's charity run by Stuart McDougall.
Mr McDougall said: "I'm friends with Reg's son, also named Reg, and I approached him last year to see if we could get together to organise a golf day for his dad.
"It went really well and we had around 100 players and raised £800.
"The turnout was a fantastic tribute to a very popular man. So we decided to make it an annual event and players from all over the area have already signed up."
Owl Blue runs a host of projects to benefit children, including autism workshops, meningitis awareness campaigns and treats for sick children and their families.
It costs £20 for a team of two to enter and a host of golf-related prizes are on offer.
