A West Cumbrian village hall raised over £1,400 thanks to a fundraising event.
Blindcrake Garden Safari, which took place on Sunday to raise money for the village hall, included 14 open gardens, classic cars, craft and art displays, as well as activities for children and home-made refreshments in the village hall.
Rachel McConkey, of Blindcrake Village Hall management committee, said: "This year's Blindcrake Garden Safari was a huge success.
"The feedback was very good from the parish's visitors and funds raised exceeded £1400. The organisers are delighted with this and are already planning for next year."
